  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to place an order on this Site.

2. Products

  • We make every effort to display our products, including colors, fabric, and embroidery details, as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen displays and handmade craftsmanship, slight variations between the product image and the actual item may occur.
  • Handmade and hand-embroidered items may have minor natural variations, which are not considered defects.
  • All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on the Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment can be made via the payment methods available at checkout (including but not limited to Cash on Delivery, Direct Bank Transfer, or supported card/wallet payment options).
  • Orders paid via Direct Bank Transfer will only be processed and shipped once payment has been confirmed in our account.

4. Order Acceptance

  • Placing an order on the Site does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
  • If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a refund will be processed according to our refund process (see Refund & Exchange Policy).
