We know how exciting it is to wait for your order. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your Kaar-e-Nakh pieces to your doorstep.

1. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team takes 1-2 business days to prepare and pack it before handing it over to our courier partner. Orders placed via Direct Bank Transfer are processed only after payment has been confirmed.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your city. Locations outside major cities may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be indicated at checkout or on the relevant product pages.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an update via email and/or WhatsApp with your order details. If tracking information is available from our courier partner, we will share it with you so you can follow your delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and reachable, as incorrect details may lead to delays or failed delivery attempts.

7. Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

8. Issues With Your Delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can look into it right away.
